Job Summary:
To assist the Operation Officer in managing, controlling and implementing operations
• To carry out Operations policies and procedures
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements associated with operations
• To perform the operations and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure that all operations transactions are properly and efficiently handled
• To prepare and submit the regulatory / statistics reports
• To assist in the achievement of Divisional Objectives as defined by the Operations Officer
• To take up ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Operations Officer
Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related field
• Good knowledge in workflow technology and system environment is an advantage
• Details oriented with strong analytical and thinking skills
• Good PC skills
• Good Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills
• Level CET 4 or above
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences in banking operations.
